Research Interests

Dr. Zhang is interested in the field of reservoir simulation and characterization, with an emphasis on the ensemble-based methods for assisted history matching and uncertainty quantification. He is currently focusing on the development and implementation of a framework for enhancing reservoir characterization using electromagnetic techniques as part of a research project supported by Saudi Aramco.
